Am I too old to start getting fit?

Last year, I went on a cutting phase and lost 15kg in weight and lost 16cm off my waist. At the same time, I was lifting the heaviest I had ever lifted, with PB's in squat and bench press.


All this and I was well into my 50's!! It's never to late to start your journey to a healthier, fitter you.
